5. Confidentiality

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the services upon written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our coaching services. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your first coaching session. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Provide a written request detailing the reason for dissatisfaction.
• Submit the request through our contact form within the 30-day period.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for services partially delivered. Services delivered in full or beyond the 30-day period are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
